Xtrusio AEO/GEO Audit

LeadSquared and Salesforce dominate the AI answers.

Superleap appears in none.

We ran 20 buyer-intent CRM questions across ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini — the same questions a VP Sales or Head of Admissions types before booking a demo. Superleap is cited in 0 of 60 responses (0%). On the AI-native and agentic-CRM questions Superleap was built to own, the answers come back LeadSquared, Salesforce Agentforce, and HubSpot — never Superleap.

The findings below come from Xtrusio, an AI visibility audit system built specifically for B2B buyer-intent testing. Every citation was verified by running 20 real prospect queries across three generative AI platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

This page benchmarks how AI assistants represent enterprise CRM vendors during discovery-phase research by revenue and admissions leaders.

The Blackout

Across 60 AI responses, Superleap appears zero times — while its own customers surface as someone else’s reference.

When buyers ask AI which CRM handles Indian edtech admissions, the answer names upGrad, Scaler, and Cuemath as proof points — for LeadSquared. Cuemath is listed as a Superleap customer on Superleap’s own site. On the questions that mirror Superleap’s own homepage — AI-native architecture, agentic sales automation, white-glove deployment, AI voice agents — the answers still resolve to LeadSquared and Salesforce. These answers reference Superleap’s category, its buyers, and even its customers — Superleap itself is currently not being surfaced in these tested AI responses.

Zero on Every Platform
Superleap does not appear in any of the 60 responses. This is not a weak-platform problem that stronger content on one engine could fix — the absence is uniform across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including sessions that ran live web search after the pre-Series A funding coverage.
A Two-Pole Market
The answers concentrate around a tight cluster — Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, and Zoho each appear in 42–53% of responses. LeadSquared owns the India verticals (edtech, lending) and Salesforce owns agentic-enterprise. Superleap contests both and registers in neither.

An Empty Bar
Superleap’s row carries no colored segment on any platform — the only vendor in the set with a total of zero. Every competitor shown, down to Freshsales at 12 citations, registers somewhere. Superleap does not.
A Crowded Top, No Superleap
Four vendors — Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, and Zoho — each appear in 25–32 of the 60 responses. The AI answers are not short of names to recommend; Superleap simply is not one of them.

The Triple-Platform Blackout

Not a weak platform — an absence on all three at once

Most audits find a gap on one engine. Superleap’s result is different: the same zero repeats across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including the questions that mirror Superleap’s own homepage architecture. Below are three of those questions and where the answer went instead.

“Are there AI-native CRMs built from the ground up around AI agents, rather than older CRMs that just bolted on an AI assistant later?”

— Superleap’s single most defensible claim. The engines answer with Attio, Clay, and Monaco — the AI-native newcomers — never Superleap.

“I want a CRM vendor that will configure and deploy the system for us with a dedicated engineering team, not just hand us a login. Who offers that white-glove model?”

— A near-verbatim description of Superleap Deploy / the FDE model. The engines answer with Salesforce Professional Services and HubSpot implementation partners instead.

“What’s the most established sales-execution CRM in India for high-volume businesses like edtech and lending?”

— Answered with LeadSquared, citing upGrad, Scaler, and Cuemath as proof. Cuemath is listed as a Superleap customer on Superleap’s own site — surfaced here as a reference for a competitor.
20 of 20 Missed, ×3
Every question, on every platform — including live-search sessions run after the pre-Series A funding coverage. The absence is uniform: there is no “strong” engine to build on and no single query where Superleap edges in.
An Interesting Visibility Pattern
These AI answers reference Superleap’s own customers (Cuemath) and its founders’ background (ex-Unacademy), and even smaller specialists like Vymo, respond.io, and Nelito — while Superleap itself does not appear. We flag this as an interesting visibility pattern, not a diagnosis of cause.
Same Questions. Three Platforms. The Same Silence.

Superleap’s differentiators are real and specific — AI-native architecture, SuperAgents, the FDE deployment model, Voice AI, MCP. They map precisely onto the questions where LeadSquared and Salesforce win. The category fit appears strong; the immediate problem is that Superleap is not being surfaced in these AI answers. That makes this a near-blank slate rather than a losing position.

Six Capability Areas, Zero Visible
From the flagship AI-native platform to SuperAgents, Voice AI, and the industry CRM capabilities, no capability area surfaces on any engine. The capabilities Superleap sells are exactly the ones these AI answers do not surface.
Owned Lanes Are Taken
The AI-native and agentic lanes resolve to Salesforce; India education and lending resolve to LeadSquared and Meritto. These are the chairs Superleap is built to sit in — currently occupied in every AI answer.
Section 7

Methodology

How we conducted this Xtrusio AEO/GEO Audit

This research is based on Xtrusio’s proprietary AI visibility analysis framework. Throughout this report, a “citation” means the vendor was named or recommended in the AI’s answer — not a hyperlinked source reference.

20-Query Buyer-Intent Testing
Twenty decision-maker queries were run across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Questions mirror how a VP Sales, Head of Admissions, or RevOps lead researches CRM options during discovery — before any brand is named.
Multi-Session Verification
The primary scored run covered 60 responses — 20 buyer-intent queries across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. A second independent session per platform was run afterwards purely to verify the result, not added to the score. Both the scored run and the verification sessions returned zero, and the live-search results suggest the zero is not explained solely by training cutoff.
Competitor Scope
Citations were tracked for Superleap against LeadSquared (India sales-execution), Salesforce / Agentforce (agentic-enterprise), HubSpot, Zoho, and Meritto (education enrollment) — the vendors that recur as AI defaults for the same buyer.
Section 8

Recommendations

Prioritized actions to move Superleap from zero into the AI answer set

Phase 1 — 0–30 Days
Publish Superleap comparison & category pages, and claim directory listings
  • Ship “Superleap vs LeadSquared” and “Superleap vs Salesforce” comparison pages built around the exact query language in Section 4
  • Claim and complete G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius profiles — the sources AI engines lean on for vendor lists
  • Add a server-rendered / crawlable layer so the JS-heavy site is legible to retrieval
Phase 2 — 30–90 Days
Seed the category through third-party listings and earned media
  • Get Superleap into “best AI CRM” and “best education CRM India” listicles and roundups where LeadSquared and Meritto already appear
  • Convert named deployments (Razorpay, Aakash) into public case studies tied to category terms like migration, AI agents, and voice AI
Phase 3 — 90+ Days
Track corpus penetration and defend the AI-native lane
  • Build durable authority on the AI-native and agentic-CRM terms before the category’s AI defaults harden
  • Quarterly Xtrusio re‑audits to track movement off zero, query by query
Continuous AI Visibility Tracking
Because the competitive set is well-defined and Superleap’s absence is currently total, first-mover corpus-seeding is unusually high-leverage. Brands can track and improve their AI discovery using generative engine optimization tools like Xtrusio.

Superleap’s AI visibility is a blank slate. Let’s fill it.

The category is defined, the customers are already yours — the corpus just needs to catch up.
