What $5,000 buys, and what it replaces.
Plus the correction you gave us on the call, which we agree with.
The June audit tested the old Realm, the language specialist positioning. You're moving to industry-aligned, so those 20 queries and 3 personas are the wrong ones. We will rebuild it free against the new direction.
Why it matters now: your new positioning has zero history in any AI system. Signify owns the old Go/Rust lane. The new lane has no incumbent, including you. Cheapest it will ever be to take.
Your pain, and what we do about it
Module scope| The problem | What's included in the $5,000/month | |
|---|---|---|
| You cannot fix what you cannot see, and most tools hide the expensive engines | 150 approved questions, scanned 2× a month across 6 engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode. Latest models. Most vendors drop Claude on API cost, so you get a market that doesn't exist. ≈1,800 answer-level data points monthly.

| Data alone changes nothing. This is why Sirion left Profound | Month-over-month gap analysis, routed straight into production. Which queries you lost, which competitor took them, what has to exist to reverse it. No separate strategy exercise, no dashboard you then have to staff.
Xtrusio · Trend view · every published month

| A plan you can't publish is a plan you didn't buy | 15 pieces of content a month, written and placed. 10 on your domain, 5 on vetted titles that already earn LLM citations: Yahoo Finance, Technology.org, TechBullion and similar, chosen per query. ≈7–10 backlinks a month to your target pages.

| Publishing friction is where content programmes quietly die | We build the pipeline into your CMS. With your IT, on a subdomain if cleaner. One click: article + brand-matched imagery generated and pushed live. Development on us, inside the fee.

| "Is it working?" needs a dashboard, not an opinion | Xtrusio Analytics + GA4 + Google Search Console. GA4 and Search Console are integrated into Xtrusio, so AI referral traffic is split by engine instead of dumped into "direct". Reporting views built to your team's spec. Custom reports on request. | |
| Software doesn't do the work. People do. | A dedicated AI analyst, journalist and developer on your account. Analyst researches which publications actually move your queries and sets strategy. Journalist writes the content. Developer builds pipelines, dashboards, integrations. Done-for-you, not DIY.

What the same stack costs assembled separately
Cost to replicate| Component | Bought on its own |
|---|---|
| AI visibility platform licence (Profound-class) | $2,000 /mo |
| Five third-party placements (distribution) | $2,000 /mo |
| Content writer, 15 long-form pieces a month | $3,000 /mo |
| Developer for pipeline, GA4/GSC and dashboards (part-time) | $1,300 /mo |
| Analyst to act on the data (part-time) | $1,500 /mo |
| Five vendors, five invoices, no shared dashboard | $9,800 /mo |
| Xtrusio, one engagement, one dashboard, one accountable team | $5,000 /mo |
YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and wire-service PR campaigns sit outside the base fee. Each is placement or credit cost passed through at cost. None is required. All are tracked on the same dashboard, so you see which URLs earn citations and which do not. No PR agency will tell you that.

The questions you asked.
Including the two where the honest answer is “that isn’t possible”.
| You asked | Answer |
|---|---|
| Platform or service? | Service. The software is how we deliver it, not what you buy. You get login access so nothing is hidden, but our people operate it. |
| Could I use it myself, or does marketing have to? | Neither. You do not need to use it at all. One recurring task on your side: someone approves the articles. At Sirion that's one content editor, and that's their entire involvement. |
| Clients? Testimonials? How long live? | 9 months live. 3 clients. No case studies or testimonials yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. One we can name: Sirion, a market leader in CLM. Switched from Profound Their reason: scan data was comparable, but nobody was acting on it. |
| How do you know CTOs are asking those questions? | Two independent sources. Public activity of real people matching your buyer profile, cross-checked against SEMrush volume. Then your team vets all 150 before we spend anything. If a query looks wrong to you, it comes out. |
| How do I track ROI: searched, clicked, arrived? | Impossible The search itself. A ChatGPT session is private. No query log exists, for anyone. Any vendor claiming to show you what buyers typed is misleading you. Tracked Citation per URL per query, scan over scan · AI referral traffic split by engine in GA4 · Search Console alongside · day-one baseline held permanently. Only the question is invisible, and it's invisible to everyone. |
| What does it cost, per month or per year? | $5,000 per month. Inclusions are listed on page 1. |
| Do you cover SEO? | Yes, and not as an add-on. If a page isn't structured for a crawler, no model will read it either. They share the same index. Structure, semantics, internal links and backlink profile are all inside the base fee. |
| Do you offer a free trial? | No sandbox and no free trial, because every instance is built for one company. Two real tests instead: the pre-build audit, free, and an initial three-month term with an exit option on Day 90. |
First 90 days
Month 1 is setup, you should know that going inSetup
Rebuilt audit · queries approved by your team · instance + knowledge base · CMS pipeline · GA4, GSC, analytics · day-one baseline locked.
Execution
First 15 pieces live. Indexation tracked per URL. Second scan vs baseline. Query set tiered openly: fast long-tail separated from 12-month head terms.
First measurable signals
Second batch live. Third-party URLs indexing and surfacing. Two further scans. Written proof report, every claim traceable in the dashboard.
20–30% visibility
The realistic window for visibility across roughly 20–30% of approved questions. Within 90 days only ~2 months are active publishing, and both LLMs and search need time to register it. Four months at best, six at the outside.
Initial term of three months, with an exit option on Day 90.
By Day 90: every deliverable shipped · documented baseline + 4 audited scans · movement on the leading indicators: published → indexed → surfacing → cited · first citations recorded, up from zero.
Months 4–6: the realistic window for 20–30% visibility across approved questions. Setup takes month one, so a 90-day term contains roughly two months of active publishing. Both LLMs and search indexes also lag the work. Anyone promising you 20–30% inside 90 days is selling you a timeline that doesn't exist.
If the committed work hasn't shipped, you exit. That part is absolute, because delivery is entirely in our control. The percentages are targets. They move with question difficulty, competition and model updates, which is why we measure trend across scans and never treat a single scan as truth.
- Which industries you're aligning Realm to
- The job titles you want to be found by inside them
- Any brief, deck or staging link, two lines is enough
Back within a week, whatever you decide afterwards. If the new positioning shows the same blackout the old one did, you'll know before launch rather than six months after.
