Salesforce wins 30 times. Zendesk, 23.
Kapture CX: zero.
Six sessions across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Twenty buyer-intent questions covering every product line Kapture ships and every vertical it sells into. Roughly 150 distinct vendors were named in the answers. Kapture CX was named 0 times — 0 of 60 responses (0%). Not once, on any platform, in either its current or its legacy “Kapture CRM” brand.
The findings below come from Xtrusio, an AI visibility audit system built specifically for B2B buyer-intent testing. Every citation was verified by running 20 real prospect queries across three generative AI platforms.
Scoring reflects how AI assistants name customer experience and contact centre platforms when enterprise buyers research them during discovery.
Every layer of Kapture AgentOS was described accurately by all three platforms — and awarded to a different vendor every single time.
VITOS, the no-code agent builder, went to Voiceflow, Botpress and Microsoft Copilot Studio. COMMAND, the human-approval layer, went to Sierra, Decagon and Pega. CALIBRATE went to Observe.AI, CallMiner and Verint. PULSE went to Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot and Chattermill. Across
24 independent vendor sets spanning four product layers, Kapture appeared in none. The
product architecture is functioning as the market’s requirements checklist while the company itself is
absent from the answer.
Platform Scorecard
Kapture CX citation rate against the vendors taking its ground
A citation rate of zero is rare. A citation rate of zero on a fifteen-year-old, profitable company with 1,000+ enterprise customers across 18 countries is, in this audit library, unprecedented. Three of the six sessions had live web retrieval demonstrably active — ChatGPT cited vendor documentation and a June 2026 Amadeus announcement mid-answer — and still returned nothing.
▹ Three empty tracks. No platform returned a single Kapture CX citation across 20 buyer-intent queries.

Every query was written from the perspective of a real, named decision-maker researching customer experience and contact centre platforms during discovery — the moment before a shortlist exists. All three personas below hold live, verified LinkedIn profiles and sit at or above Director level in a sector Kapture actively sells into. None of them works for a current Kapture customer.

The Triple-Platform Silence
There is no single weak platform to fix — the absence is total and identical everywhere
Most audits in this series find a gap: strong on one platform, weak on another, with a content play that closes the difference. Kapture CX has no such asymmetry. Every platform behaved the same way, in every format, including sessions where the model had been primed with twenty consecutive turns of Indian, BFSI, collections and multi-brand context. Three queries are worth reading in full.
“We want to automate customer calls in Hindi, Tamil and English on the same phone line. Which voice AI platforms handle multilingual Indian-language support well for high-volume consumer businesses?”
“Our airline needs AI to detect a flight disruption and then proactively rebook and notify passengers without an agent touching it. Which vendors have that running in production for airlines?”
“Which vendors do large enterprises pick when they want one AI agent platform across customer service, IT service management and HR?”
Kapture’s content exists. Its customers exist. Its funding, awards and analyst mentions exist. But none of it reaches the layer where buyers are given names. Three of the six sessions ran with live web retrieval demonstrably active, citing sources published in June and July 2026, and still produced nothing. This is not a freshness problem waiting on the next crawl — it is an absence from the comparison, alternatives and shortlist corpus that these systems actually draw on when asked to recommend a vendor.
AI Topic Authority Map
Query heatmap — product line × platform
The 20 queries were mapped to Kapture’s six commercial product lines, including the four layers of the June 2026 AgentOS repositioning. Each layer was described accurately by every platform. Each was awarded to someone else.
| Product Line | AI Leader | Kapture CX Status |
|---|---|---|
| Self-Serve AI Agents | Sarvam AI | INVISIBLE (0/3) |
| Agent Suite & Omnichannel Ticketing | Zendesk | INVISIBLE (0/3) |
| AgentOS — Vitos & Command | Voiceflow | INVISIBLE (0/3) |
| Calibrate — Auto QA | Observe.AI | INVISIBLE (0/3) |
| Pulse — Insights & VoC | Tableau Pulse | INVISIBLE (0/3) |
| Kapture EX — Employee Service | ServiceNow | INVISIBLE (0/3) |
4 queries • Voice and non-voice deflection
4 queries • Advanced ticketing, copilot, workspace
4 queries • Agent builder and human-approval layer
3 queries • Quality scoring and compliance audit
2 queries • Operational analytics and root cause
3 queries • Internal service desk and workspaces
▹ Calibrate and Pulse are Kapture’s newest revenue lines and its most contested ground — Observe.AI, CallMiner, Verint, Level AI and Chattermill hold all five of those queries, and Kapture publishes no comparison content against a single one of them.

How we conducted this Xtrusio AEO/GEO Audit
This research is based on Xtrusio’s proprietary AI visibility analysis framework.
Recommendations
Prioritised actions to move Kapture CX from zero into the recommendation layer
- Retire or de-prioritise the Freshdesk comparison page — Freshworks scored 7 citations in 60 responses and is not the vendor taking the ground
- Build “Kapture vs NICE CXone”, “vs Genesys Cloud CX”, “vs ServiceNow CSM” and “vs Observe.AI” — the four highest-scoring vendors with zero Kapture counter-content
- Publish a Kapture CX alternatives page and an AgentOS glossary entry so the four layer names have retrievable definitions attached to the brand
- Publish named, metric-bearing case studies on Hindi and Tamil voice deflection — Sarvam, Gupshup, Gnani and Bolna currently own every one of these answers
- Publish RBI Fair Practices Code and DPDP compliance documentation for the Calibrate audit layer, positioned against Sedric, Prodigal, Convin and Mihup
- Convert the Cathay Pacific relationship into a public, technical airline-disruption case study with named outcomes
- Secure listing on third-party comparison and review aggregators that these models actually retrieve from — not just vendor-owned pages
- Publish evidence for the CX + Collections + Sales + HR + IT single-OS claim — models currently treat that position as ServiceNow’s and instruct buyers to discount the uniform claim
- Resolve the PULSE naming collision with Salesforce Tableau Pulse, which surfaced on all three platforms in the exact query context
- Quarterly Xtrusio re‑audits to track movement off zero, line by line
Zero is a starting position, not a verdict.
Let’s work out which queries Kapture CX can realistically win first.
