ChatGPT ranks ONE App #1 fifteen times.
Claude names it on just four of twenty questions.
Across 20 buyer-intent questions tested on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, ONE App appears in 30 of 60 scored responses (50%). ChatGPT names ONE in 16 of 20 answers, including 15 first placements; Gemini names it in 10, with six first placements; Claude names it in only four and never ranks it first. The four Claude appearances are concentrated in broad cross-bank and money-management questions, while ONE is absent from the product-specific salary-advance, instant-finance, sukuk, cards and auto-finance questions tested. This audit establishes a cross-platform association gap; because source URLs were not captured, it does not determine the underlying retrieval mechanism.
The findings below come from Xtrusio, an AI visibility audit system built specifically for fintech and B2B buyer-intent testing. Every ONE App mention and rank was manually recorded from 20 buyer-intent queries built from real decision-maker scenarios across three generative AI platforms.
This audit reflects how ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini position Bahrain’s first digital financial marketplace built on open-banking infrastructure during discovery-phase research by salaried buyers.
On product-specific questions, ONE is named where it appears and absent where it doesn’t.
ONE already has substantial product-level content and many of the relevant buyer facts — Advance Salary, Instant Finance, Sukuk, Credit Cards, Auto Finance — though some first-party details still need standardising. ChatGPT names ONE first on 15 of 20 questions; Claude names it on just four, all broad aggregation or money-management questions, and on every product-specific query tested it names competitors or generic banks instead. This audit establishes a cross-platform association gap; because source URLs were not captured, it does not determine whether the cause is retrieval, entity association, source authority or another factor.
Platform Scorecard
Where ONE App is named — and where the lead collapses
ONE App’s 30 is exhaustive across the query matrix. Competitor totals are minimum confirmed mentions within the tracked set, counted the same way as ONE (one per explicit naming); they are not a complete market ranking.
AI Visibility Comparison
How often each brand is named across the 60 tested responses
Counting rule: each brand scores one mention every time it is explicitly named as a relevant option, exactly as ONE App is counted. ONE App’s 30 is exhaustive across the 20×3 matrix; competitor totals are minimum confirmed counts within this tracked set and should not be read as a complete market ranking — banks and other providers that appear on some financing, sukuk and auto questions are not fully enumerated here.

What Claude Won’t Name
The questions where ChatGPT and Gemini rank ONE App #1 — and Claude names someone else
Claude names ONE App on four questions, and every one describes ONE as a broad “marketplace” or “all-in-one” app (queries 2, 3, 7 and 11). The moment a buyer asks about a specific financial product available through ONE — salary advance, emergency cash, sukuk, Shariah financing — ONE drops out of Claude’s answer, even though ChatGPT and Gemini put it first. Below are the clearest examples: same question, ONE ranked #1 on two platforms, invisible on the third.
“I’m short on cash a week before payday… is there a way to access part of my salary early without taking a loan?”
“I need quick cash for an emergency… what are my fastest options for small short-term financing?”
“How can I invest in Bahrain government sukuk, and is there an easy digital way to do it?”
ONE has the salary advance, the instant financing, the sukuk access and the flexi payments. On several of its prominently marketed financial products, a Claude user researching today is shown competitors or generic banks, not ONE. This audit establishes a cross-platform association gap around these products — not whether they exist, and not which source pages were retrieved. Either way, the gap sits with how these products are surfaced, making it the highest-leverage area to work on.

▹ Open Banking & Budgeting is the only line named on all three platforms; six of ONE’s product lines are named on 0% of Claude answers, and four of those six are named on 100% of ChatGPT answers. Digital-only banking (Q13) and sending money abroad (Q14) are excluded as structural: ONE is a financial marketplace, not a bank, and has no remittance product.
Methodology
How we conducted this Xtrusio AEO/GEO Audit
This research is based on Xtrusio’s proprietary AI visibility framework for fintech buyer-intent testing.
Test parameters. Window: single testing pass, September 2026. Platforms: ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, each in its standard public consumer interface; exact model versions and browsing/search state were not separately recorded for this pass. Geography: prompts specified Bahrain context; physical test location was not separately recorded. Sessions: 3 scored platform sessions (one per platform) across 20 queries = 60 responses. State: fresh sessions, no personalisation. Scoring convention: strict-brand — only literal “ONE” / “ONE App” mentions are scored; answers that name only operator Al Salam Bank without ONE are logged separately, not credited to ONE. Entity note: ONE App is a digital financial marketplace developed and owned by Al Salam Bank, not a standalone bank. Limitation: this audit establishes a cross-platform visibility and association gap; it does not identify which source pages were retrieved or why the platforms differ. Generative models are non-deterministic and their outputs shift with model updates and phrasing, so this is a point-in-time snapshot, not a fixed ranking, and should be re-tested over time.
Recommendations
Where the answers leak — and the plan to win them back
Start with where ONE App loses ground. This strip ranks every product line by how often ONE is actually named across the 60 responses, and who takes the answer when ONE isn’t there.
Two structural questions are excluded: “best digital-only bank” (ONE is a marketplace, not a bank) and “send money abroad” (ONE has no remittance product). Claude does not name ONE on the product-specific lines, so every line except Open Banking & Budgeting loses ground there.

ONE already has dedicated pages for its financial products, so this is about consolidation, not creation: make each one consistent, buyer-worded and easy to find — then retest.
- 01Audit the existing product pages — Advance Salary, Instant Finance, Personal Finance, Finance Transfer, Sukuk, Credit Cards, Auto Finance, BNPL, Flexi Payment, Budgeting and Digital Store — for consistent product names, limits, eligibility and fees.Bigger lift
- 02Resolve conflicting first-party figures before amplification — especially the Personal Finance and Instant Finance limits, and the BNPL installment count — so AI systems are not given competing numbers from the same website.Quick win
- 03Put the primary buyer answer in the title, H1 and opening paragraph of each existing page.Quick win
- 04Add concise FAQs to each page using the locked buyer questions from this audit (e.g. “How do I get my salary early in Bahrain?”, “How do I invest in Bahrain sukuk?”).Quick win
- 05Strengthen homepage and internal linking from ONE’s marketplace positioning to each financial product page, then rerun the same 20 queries to see whether Claude and Gemini visibility changes.Bigger lift

On “best BNPL app” or “best salary advance” questions today, Tabby, Flooss and banks are named and ONE often isn’t. Third-party category coverage is a reasonable hypothesis to test — not a proven cause — so treat each step as an experiment and rerun the locked queries.
- 01Test relevant third-party category coverage — local “best salary advance apps in Bahrain” and “best BNPL apps in Bahrain” roundups — as a hypothesis, then rerun the locked queries to see whether visibility changes.Bigger lift
- 02Publish clear buyer-facing comparison pages on ONE’s own site (ONE vs a bank loan, ONE vs a standalone BNPL app), then test whether cross-platform association improves.Quick win
- 03List ONE, with full product descriptions, in Bahrain fintech directories and app-store category pages.Quick win

Six product lines are named on 0% of Claude answers, and Digital Store is additionally at 0% across all three platforms; two buyer questions — GCC shopping and sending money abroad — go entirely to rivals. This phase decides ONE’s answer for each.
- 01Strengthen the existing Digital Store page around the Q8 buyer language, and clarify whether vouchers can be purchased in installments or only directly — the current page documents vouchers but not the installment proposition asked in the query.Bigger lift
- 02Decide the story for GCC shopping and sending money abroad: either add or partner a product and publish it, or clearly own a “Bahrain-first” position so AIs stop handing those questions only to Tabby and BFC.Bigger lift
- 03Re-run this same 20-query Xtrusio audit every three months to confirm Claude and Gemini start naming the products, and to track how ranks move.Quick win
ONE App wins on ChatGPT. Let’s make it win on Claude and Gemini too.
Turn a 50% composite into a decisive lead across all three platforms.
