How to request a replacement school certificate
- Open the official Issuing Copies of Student Certificates service.

1. Confirm that this is the correct service
The official service is named Issuing Copies of Student Certificates. It is provided by the Ministry of Education for government-school students who need intermediate or secondary records. The copies are delivered to the address entered during the request.
2. Enter the student identity details
The first public form asks for the personal number, ID card expiry date and block number. Enter the student's details, not a parent's details, unless the service explicitly changes the applicant role later. The portal uses these fields to retrieve the eligible school record before it displays certificate choices.
3. Choose the certificate and copies
After the identity check, select the available intermediate or secondary record, the language and the number of copies. Read the description of each certificate pack before continuing. A transcript, graduation statement and good-conduct certificate are different documents, so select only what the receiving organization requested.
4. Upload the required document
Upload a legible ID card or passport copy. Keep all four corners visible and avoid glare. If the request includes a good-conduct certificate, attach the school-issued copy named by the official service. Do not upload unrelated academic records merely because they are available.
5. Check the postal details and total
Confirm the building, road, block and contact details before payment. The official service says the copy is delivered to the address provided during submission. The current service directory lists BHD 1 as the postage fee, but the final application screen is the controlling amount for the particular request and number of copies. Stop and recheck if the displayed certificate, language or delivery address is wrong.
6. Pay and keep the receipt
Complete payment only on the Bahrain government portal. Save the receipt, transaction reference and any postal tracking number. These details are the fastest way to trace a request that does not arrive within the published process window.
