How to Check Medical Result in Bahrain: Expat Fitness Report

To check a medical result in Bahrain for an expatriate work permit, open the Ministry of Health View Fitness Report service, choose CR Employment or Flexi Employer, enter the CR number and the expatriate's personal number, then continue to view and print the report.
01Choose the right medical result
- Expatriate work-permit medical: use View Expat's Medical Fitness Report.
- Hospital lab or X-ray result: use Medical Results in the Sehati app for Salmaniya Medical Complex or King Hamad University Hospital.
The services answer different questions. A hospital lab result is not an LMRA work-permit fitness report.
02How to view an expat medical fitness report
- Open the official View Expat's Medical Fitness Report page.
- Choose Use eService, then select View Fitness Report.
- Select CR Employment or Flexi Employer.
- Enter the employer's CR number.
- Enter the expatriate's personal number (the CPR number on their Bahrain ID card).
- Choose Continue to view and print the report.
The public form has no document upload and no payment step. The service page publishes no separate report-lookup fee or result turnaround time.
03Who can check the expat result
The form is designed for the employer or sponsor. It requires an employer type, CR number and expatriate personal number. The worker can ask the employer for the printed fitness report or contact LMRA about the work-permit record.
LMRA's Medical Examination for Expatriate Employees service page says the employer receives appointment information by SMS and email and can view the medical test result through Bahrain's Medical Examination Appointments and Medical Result service.
04If the report says unfit
The Ministry of Health form states that the sponsor can appeal an UNFIT result within one week from the certificate issuance date. The appeal email is [email protected].
Send the appeal email within one week of the certificate issuance date. Do not submit private medical information to unofficial websites or social accounts.
05How to check hospital lab or X-ray results
Open the Sehati app and choose Medical Results. The official app directory says this service shows whether your lab and X-ray results are ready from Salmaniya Medical Complex and King Hamad University Hospital.
This route uses the app's authenticated account. The official app page does not publish a result-processing time or a separate lookup fee.
